R.N. Program Director (Dean of Nurse Eduction) Job Description:
Reports to the Board of Directors
Requirements:
Master’s degree in the nursing. PhD preferred
Current California license in good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Five years of progressive academic leadership experience as an RN with at least one year in patient care.
Current basic life support (BLS) certification
Current Physical by a licensed medical provider/Nurse practitioner
Immunization record including covid-19 vaccination and boosters, flu, Hep-B, etc.
Duties
Responsibilities and job description for R. N. Program Director includes:
Provide curricula design, implementation, assessment, and supervision for all GGI programs
Effectively supervise, support, and facilitate learning and teaching for students and faculty to ensure safe,
stimulating, interactive, pleasant learning and working environment.
Provide practical and theoretical knowledge to students so that they can pass the state certification exam.
Direct and ensure ongoing program approval and accreditation for all programs.
Design and utilize innovative, interesting, and informative methods of teaching for theory and/or
clinical teaching.
Manage, mentor, and support students’ academic progress
Manage, mentor and support faculty professional development,
Maintain students’ and faculty academic and employment records including grades, attendance,
Background checks and health records to ensure confidentiality and privacy of records.
Provide supervision to prepare, grade and maintain all students’ assignments, theory and clinical
examinations, and prepare students to successfully take the state certification examinations.
Coordinate with faculty and staff to monitor, review, and update policy and procedures manual to
ensure a pleasant, interactive, and rigorous learning/teaching environment for the students and the
campus community.
Recruit, retain, and mentor students and faculty.
Provide ongoing strategic planning for growth of Grace Global Institutes within and outside the US.

CNA Instructor Job Description
Reports to the R.N. Program Director
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in the nursing field
Current California license in good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational
Nurse (LVN)
Two years of working experience as an RN or LVN with at least one year in patient care.
Current basic life support (BLS) certification
Clear Department of Justice Background check
Current Physical by a licensed medical provider/Nurse practitioner
Immunization record including covid-19 vaccination and boosters, flu, Hep-B, etc.
Duties:
Responsibilities and job description of a CNA instructor include:
Develop lesson plans and prepare lessons for theory teaching
Ability to effectively supervise, support and facilitate learning for a group of up to 15 students in
clinical
Provide practical and theoretical knowledge to students so that they can pass the state certification
exam
Design and utilize innovative, interesting, and informative methods of teaching for theory and/or
clinical teaching
Manage, mentor, and support student's academic progress
Maintain students’ academic records including grades and attendance records
Prepare, grade, and maintain all students’ assignments, theory and clinical examinations, and prepare
students to successfully take the state certification examinations.
Coordinate with administrators, faculty, and staff in updating policy and procedures manual to ensure
a pleasant, interactive, and rigorous learning environment for the students and the campus
community.
